Noteborn on course for growth

Dutch premium supplier of custom-made wardrobes invests in market presence in Germany

More manpower, more presence at trade fairs and a newly equipped showroom in Bünde, East Westphalia: with these and other measures, Noteborn and Danish sliding door manufacturer KA Interiør aim to further expand their market position in Germany.

“We want to offer our existing customers in Germany an even better service in the future – and win over new customers. To achieve this, we have set ourselves a number of goals,” explains Alain Janssen, Sales Manager at Noteborn. Staff additions in the field service should ensure optimal support for the stationary trade on site. The same applies to the respective marketing and office departments in Heerlen in the Netherlands and Grindsted in Denmark. In addition, Noteborn and KA Interiør are focusing on attendance at trade fairs: stands at Küchenwohntrends 2023 in Salzburg, Austria, in May and at imm cologne 2023 in Cologne in June are firmly booked. With a view to the Küchenmeile A30 in September, a joint showroom is currently being set up in Bünde, East Westphalia – to be available as a competence centre for the trade as early as the second quarter.

To support them in achieving their goals, the two companies hired Manfred Röse at the beginning of this year as an external consultant for at least the next two years. He has been active in furniture sales for more than 30 years, including more than 25 years with his own sales agency in the premium and high-end sector.

“The house trend is still continuing in the German market and offers a promising market environment,” says Alain Janssen. “For us, this is the perfect starting point to further expand our position.”
